Sales Policy

All of my jewelry creations are made to order which means that I will need time to handmake your order after it’s been placed. Please be patient with me as my art takes time and love!

I do not accept returns or cancellations on custom orders once the order has been placed.

I will not accept cancellations on orders costing more than $100 USD total. However if your order is wrong, missing, or damaged, we can come to a conclusion on possible returns or exchanges.

I ask for payment in advance on all of my commissions and will work with you to make sure your order is perfect to your needs and wants.

I do not accept returns on resin pieces or anything involving resin.

As stated in my refund policy section: I do not accept cancellations after 48 hours of an order being placed.
